1. Overview At Hastexca.com, we strive to provide high-quality HOME DECOR products, including Pillow Cases, Placemats, Table Cloths, and Table Runners. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customized or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at guarantee@hastexca.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Process

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Clearance or final sale products.
  • Items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at guarantee@hastexca.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Additional Information on Returns & Exchanges We recommend customers inspect their products upon arrival to ensure they meet their expectations. If you intend to return or exchange an item, please ensure that it remains in its original condition. If an item has been used, washed, or damaged due to improper handling, it may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

In certain situations, we may issue partial refunds for returned products that do not fully meet our return criteria. These cases are evaluated individually, and we reserve the right to determine the final refund amount. Customers will be notified of any deductions before processing the refund.

We also advise customers to retain proof of shipment when returning products. If a return package is lost in transit and no tracking information is available, we may not be able to process the refund. For exchanges, we will send the replacement product only after the returned item is received and verified. If an exchanged item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

9. International Returns & Exchanges For international customers, the return and exchange process may take longer due to shipping times and customs clearance. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective. Any additional customs fees or taxes incurred during the return process will not be covered by Hastexca.com.
